Celebrating Tradeprints Rising Stars 2025

Tradeprint Colleagues Shine at 2025 Rising Star Awards
Last week, the annual Rising Star Awards took place at the House of Lords in London, celebrating emerging talent from across the print industry. Hosted by The Printing Charity, the awards support young professionals by funding training and development courses that build skills, open doors to new opportunities, and help recipients gain recognised qualifications.
This year, Tradeprint was proud to have three of our colleagues recognised, an incredible achievement for our team. Congratulations to Marc Farmer, Hollie Black, and Keir Duffus, who each received an award and will be putting the funds towards furthering their careers.
- Marc Farmer, a key member of our Customer Success Team for the nearly four years, will be using his award to take a specialist course in sales development.
- Hollie Black, our Merchandising Lead, joined Tradeprint over two years ago and is planning to grow her skills in SEO marketing through a certified training programme.
- Keir Duffus, who began his journey with us as an apprentice, will be taking a course to support his continued professional growth and broaden his industry knowledge.
"I’m so grateful to have been chosen as a Rising Star this year. The support from The Printing Charity means I can really focus on developing my SEO skills and bringing even more value to our digital merchandising at Tradeprint. It’s a brilliant opportunity and I’m excited to see where it takes me next!" - Hollie Black
This isn’t the first time Tradeprint has been recognised at the Rising Star Awards. In 2022, Charlotte Wells, who has been with us for over seven years, received her award and used the opportunity to complete a qualification in Digital Marketing. Charlotte has since progressed through the ranks from the Customer Success Team to now working alongside Hollie as an eCommerce Merchandiser. This is a fantastic example of how these awards can support real career progression.
We’re incredibly grateful to The Printing Charity for their continued support and partnership. The Printing Charity is the UK’s dedicated support organisation for people working in the print, paper, packaging, publishing, and graphic arts sectors.
Since 1827, they’ve been a vital resource, offering financial assistance, mental health support, training grants, and even retirement housing. Whether you’re looking to grow in your career or need help during difficult times, they’re here to support you. For more information visit www.theprintingcharity.org.uk
A huge congratulations again to all 78 winners this year. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for each of you. The future of print is in great hands. 👏
