Wagyu Beef Tallow Spray Supported By Print
The Rise of Wagyu Beef Tallow Spray Supported By Print
Gourmet Tallow 's Wagyu Beef Tallow Spray is becoming a favourite for being a powerhouse of flavour that has been simply but expertly executed. Household upon household of serious cooks have been adding this to their kitchen staples and enjoying the richness it brings to their dishes.
The brothers and founders, Jamie & Dan, managed to create the UK & Europe's first and only Wagyu beef tallow cooking spray using tallow from 100% British Wagyu cows, turning everyday cooking into a far more indulgent experience.
Upgraded Flavour
Before seed oils crowded supermarket shelves, kitchens ran on animal fats. Rich, stable and deeply flavourful, this spray brings that heritage back, but without the need for anyone to render, strain and purify fat at home.
If this intrigues you, try it for frying eggs on a slow weekend morning, roasting potatoes for a Sunday lunch, firing up the BBQ, or just greasing pans. This Wagyu tallow spray coats your food in a fine mist of premium quality fat, resulting in a deeper umami flavour and a subtle richness.
Built Around the Table
Behind the product are Jamie and Daniel Summerland, two brothers who believe that the best moments in life happen around the table. Many high-performing businesses have started at the kitchen table, and the concept for Gourmet Tallow is no different, except that the inspiration was born from the flavours of a kitchen.
What began as an experiment in their own kitchen has grown into a mission to rethink how we cook every day. Their goal is a simple one: “Make every meal gourmet”, and why not when it is as humble as a cooking spray?
Early Recognition
The brothers’ innovation was quickly recognised, and the brand has already been named the winner of Mintel's Most Innovative 2026 award, placing it firmly on the radar as one of the most exciting new food products in the UK and Europe.
Bringing a Premium Product to Life With Print
Of course, when you’re introducing something this distinctive, how you present it matters just as much as what’s inside the can.
For their debut at the Hampton Court Palace Food Festival, the team needed to create a presence that matched the quality of their product. They wanted a brand experience that would stop people, spark curiosity, and give the tallow spray a try.
That’s where we were able to help. We printed banners and eye-catching backdrops, some ever-popular tactile paper bags and perfectly finished business cards for them.
Every detail was designed to work together to create brand authenticity and consistency.
“Tradeprint were crucial to the success of our first-ever event at Hampton Court Palace Food Festival. As a small start-up showcasing a premium Wagyu tallow cooking spray product, we needed high-quality branded items to match. From our polo shirts, hoodies, business cards, paper bags and stickers for customers to remember us by – each item played a huge role in our sales and brand awareness. We couldn't have been happier with the service. We will definitely be using Tradeprint again this summer.” Co-owner of Gourmet Tallow, Jamie Summerland.
We really enjoy seeing print in action and doing its intended job. To have such wonderful feedback about how print helped position this brand makes us extremely proud.
